The Word «Memela» comes from the pre-hispanic Nahualt dialect «Tlaxcalmimilli» (enlarged corn bread). Our «Memelas» are tick & fresh large handmade corn tortillas, with a bed of refried beans, lettuce, fresh cheese, avocado, pico de gallo and the protein of your choice.
