(180 g.) Our special creation! Pork marinated the Pibil way and cooked Pastor style. Served on a bed of beans and topped with pickled red onions. Try them with spicy habanero sauce.

Quesadilla Presidente
(75 g. Fillet, 80 g. Sirloin) Fillet, pastor Sirloin and meat sauce, with a bed of mashed potatoes & fried onion.
(2 pcs. 120 g.) Caribbean lobster sautéed with poblano strips and a mix of cheeses. served in flour tortillas. With avocado and mayonnaise & chipotle sauce.
(160 g.) Boiled and grilled tongue.
(2 pzas.) For those that don’t eat well. Spinach flour tortillas with bell peppers, onions, grilled pineapples, cilantro, gouda cheese & house guacamole.
Sincronibirria
(100 g.) Tradicional flour and spinach flour tortillas filled with mix of cheeses and our beef birria. Served with birria broth, onion, serrano chile and lime on the side.
